The heritage-listed villa dates back to 1906 and was commissioned by a manufacturer from Ehrenfeld. The house, designed in traditional regional architecture, presents itself as a two-story building with a developed attic. The striking construction reflects the client's need for representation. The building remains intact to this day and impresses with many original preserved details and style elements that contribute to its special charm. These include, among others, half-timbered applications, marble floors, stuccoed ceilings, Art Nouveau wall tiles, and an elaborately crafted wooden staircase. Over the years, extensive renovation work has been carried out in close coordination with the monument protection authorities, with the preservation of the original character always being the focus. The villa offers the new owner a variety of usage possibilities, whether as a multi-generational house, a single-family home, or a combination of living and working. The house was divided into two separate units at the entrance area, each floor with its own entrance door.
