Each studio has a living room equipped with functional furniture, ideal for meals or work, as well as a kitchenette and a complete bathroom. There is also a family home with two bedrooms, several balconies perfect for contemplating nature, as well as a basement and garage. All this with modern, ecological equipment that guarantees comfort and sustainability. The house has a solar water heating system and a centralised system with water and ‘fan coil’, making the environment more energy efficient and reducing the potential for allergies, as well as the transmission of bacteria and viruses. The walls have been designed to maintain an ideal temperature, minimising the need for air conditioning. In addition, there is a mini WWTP for the treatment of domestic effluent, reinforcing the commitment to environmental preservation. Outside, a small river runs through the garden and fruit trees, creating an atmosphere of serenity, perfect for moments of relaxation and connection with nature. For sea lovers, the stunning beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clérigo and Amoreira are just 8 to 10 kilometres away. Comfort, modernity and respect for nature are in perfect harmony.

The Costa Vicentina is a different Algarve, where unspoiled nature has a strong and wild character, resulting in landscapes of dazzling grandeur. This area is part of the natural park that begins to the north in the southwest of the Alentejo and is the largest stretch of the Portuguese coast under protection. There are many beaches, some with extensive sands, some framed by great cliffs of shale and limestone. The sea, agitated, produces a natural symphony, which serves as a soundtrack for this walk by the sea. Here we find little beaches, some almost deserted with little known access to other beaches to discover among the cliffs covered with vegetation, which here and there offer us fabulous panoramas on this steep coast. The beaches often offer good conditions for surfing and bodyboarding. Everywhere, brightly colored flower fields surround the roads that lead to quiet beaches forming expanses of golden sand contrasting with the large black shale cliffs that border them.
