Located between flat land and mountains it is simply charming with some houses enjoying spectacular views of through the valley and on to the mountains. There is so much to see strolling through the narrow streets leading to the main square "Plaça Major" with its imposing Baroque church originating from the 18th century and many restaurants and bars. On the outskirts of the village the 13th century "Sant Miquel” chapel is one of the oldest on the island and in the woods alongside it is where the spectacular 'Ufanes' natural springs come to life after heavy rainfall.
