My name is Fiona Hollmann, and I work as a Team Assistant at the Engel & Völkers location in Lohne. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day real estate business. From scheduling appointments to preparing exposés and supporting our team with administrative tasks – I make sure that internal processes run seamlessly and with a strong customer focus.

In addition to my role as Team Assistant, I am also a certified real estate agent (IHK) and actively involved in property consulting, with a regional focus on the Cloppenburg area. I support both property owners and prospective buyers or tenants throughout every phase of the marketing process – from the initial consultation and property valuation to the successful conclusion of a transaction.

My approach is centered around identifying individual needs with precision and developing tailored solutions. Thanks to my in-depth market knowledge, structured working style and high level of service orientation, I am able to handle even complex requirements professionally and efficiently.

To further deepen my expertise, I am currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate Management alongside my professional activities – combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in the field.
