Modern flat in Dorsoduro area

A few steps from the area once known as 'Arzare', in one of the typical horseshoe-shaped courtyards that characterise the Dorsoduro district, we find the flat's entrance door. A raised ground floor and therefore free of high water, with eight windows that ensure excellent air circulation and the absence of humidity, it is the best solution for those who need to live in Venice for a few months. The entrance recalls an ancient Venetian style with exposed bricks and introduces us into the flat.
