Agios Stefanos is a lush, green suburb located in the northeastern part of Attica, nestled between the mountains of Penteli and Parnitha and just a few kilometers from Lake Marathon. Its population continues to grow, mainly from residents of central Athens who are seeking better living conditions. Additionally, unlike neighboring municipalities that are primarily residential, the local market of Agios Stefanos is quite large and vibrant. The suburban railway station and the easy access to the national highway make commuting within the Attica basin very convenient.
